i have decided to let this page suck bad. any time you ever go anywhere go to this site first and find out the parks. this is the kind of surprise you may be in for:
swanley park. not that far from my house. this is about 40 mins drive away.
i was very pleasantly surprised. this is fun and there's two parks to ride.
it's probably as good as ashford. it wasn't too wet either but you had to
cross a muddy field to get there so that's a bit annoying. below is the metal
park. it looks good and that box looks fun, but it was too wet really.

the wooden park: not so slippy as it is wood. a bit worn but still rides
quite nicely. the only problem is that is is down hill and the transition side
of the box means you have to sprint uphill slightly. also the box has a rail
in the middle of it, which isn't even high enough to use pegs on.

it doesn't take long to see the possibilites here. hip all over the place.

the quarter above is perhaps a bit bigger than it looks. you can hit if fast
to get the speed you need for that box. the pikeys came and sat on it later
though, which messed up all the lines and meant i couldn't get anymore
pictures for fear of having my camera taken from me.

driveway: i don't like driveways, but this is brilliant. it is set apart from
more of the rest of the park, and the skateboarders love it, so they can
prance around on that, leaving all the other lines open. good good.

here are some riding photos we got before the pikeys came. i am riding in my
free sunglasses. 80s man. you found him. nice marigolds. these pictures are
really bad but it should keep you entertained for 5 mins when you were meant
to be doing something more important.

tim drops in on his front wheel, which is ok unless the coping is loose and
the ramp is slippy. his knee is indented now.
